Support group for Women  

Are you hyper-vigilant?  Are you fearful?  Do you have feelings of shame?
Do you tend to isolate yourself to avoid the risk of being hurt again?
Do you like to control your environment and others?
If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, you may benefit from
the Shelter from the storm Support Group.

Did you know?                 
Every fourth woman you see may have experienced sexual abuse as a child.
One in every five women suffered child sexual abuse by a family member.
In addition to the children who are sexually abused, many adults have been
assaulted by an acquaintance or stranger.
The book the group will cover is designed to help you:
Grow from a survivor to an over comer – even a thriver.
Recognize old coping skills that no longer work and help you learn new life skills.
Experience the support of compassionate and caring women, as you seek recovery
from the effects of sexual abuse.
To put your faith and trust in God through Christ to restore your spiritual and
emotional health.
HEALING, RECOVERY AND FREEDOM IS POSSIBLE!!!
