Seven other staff members and seventeen volunteers have served in various ways since 1994. The vision has evolved from pastoral counseling to discipleship, teaching training and support groups.

From the beginning Hope Ministries has been a faith ministry offering all its services free of charge, but graciously receives any donation the client may offer. The staff is supported as missionaries with no salaries.

Since 2000, Hope Ministries has been in a vision evaluation process with the making of an assessment of purpose and mission. New goals have been set for expanded outreach to the community and stronger financial position. Hope Ministries is currently involved in an aggressive outreach to the community and also to the world with the first web page of the ministry.
