He is our all in all! May he continue to bless us, in all that we do,with the knowledge of His life. This newsletter finds me at a time of growth, by faith in our ministry.
We are very happy for Dick Phelps and the fulfillment of his retirement goal;yet at the same time dealing with the reality of missing him.How do you say “Thank You” for all the selfless years he has given to us all!! How do we say “Thank You” to Judy, who has been a pillar of strength for Hope throughout the years!How do I say “Thank You”for help in preparing me to answer God’s call; moving Hope Ministries forward, for his children and “His Glory”. The only way I know how is to share a
Priestly Blessing over Dick and Judy Phelps, as they enter a new time of life together. May the Lord Jesus bless you and keep you;May the Lord Jesus make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you. May the Lord Jesus turn His face toward you and give you His Peace. Numbers 6:24-26

Hope Ministries will say goodbye to its founder, Dick Phelps as he retires, while celebrating our 15th year in ministry.
We pray that God will continue to work in and through Dick in the next phase of his life and that Hope Ministries will
continue to be faithful to the work God called Dick to begin. Personally, it has been an honor to work along side of him,
and I am a better person because of his unwavering kindness, patience and support.
Hope Ministries has been a place for hurting men, women and families to receive “Hope” for their lives when all seemed
lost and impossible to find. We are honored to have the opportunity to remind Gods children that He loves them and that
He desires to restore each of us to a life of peace, joy and total dependency on Him. We meet women who are, or who have
been tortured by memories of childhood sexual abuse, or who are living in domestic violence, but unable to find a way out
of the torture. We work with men who want to be free from addiction’s that have plagued them for many years, and men
who attend church weekly but still feel sadness and guilt because they hurt their wives and children physically and
emotionally on a regular basis. Hope Ministries, ministers the truth found in God’s Word and people are positively changed
by the power of it! What a blessing it is for us to remind them of such scripture as: “For I know the plans I have for you,”
says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 9:11 (NLT)
Thank you so much for partnering with us through your prayers and financial support. As the Director of Development
for the last two years; I can assure you that every prayer is deeply appreciated; every dollar greatly needed and respectfully
used to the glory of our Lord. Please continue to help us “Help Hearts Heal.”
